Hands Across the Bay, Speer Dream Foundation and Clearwell Foundation partnered together to help our LOCAL COMMUNITY members who experienced unexpected and unprecedented devastation from the back-to-back storms hitting the Tampa Bay Area: Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton in September and October of 2024.
