Donation & Empowerment Center

Hands Across the Bay is happy to provide the following Items in our Donation Center:

Clothing, Kitchen Supplies, Towels, Sheets, Pillows, Blankets, Hygiene Items, Diapers & Baby Wipes, Household Cleaning Supplies, Some Furniture, Nonperishable foods and more! 

The Donation & Empowerment Center allows families and survivors we assist to “shop” for basic necessities they need and get back on their feet, all at no cost to them! We are blessed to have partnerships with other nonprofits, including The Kind Mouse to supply our food pantry and BabyCycle to help us provide baby necessities.

Donation Center Referral Process

We are grateful to have a dedicated space to offer empowerment classes for the families we serve, including fitness, planting, painting, self-love workshops, financial classes, self-defense seminars, social gatherings, and more. If you’re interested in hosting a special class, we would love to partner with you!

Donation & Empowerment Center Grand Opening December 2021

We are truly blessed that Gold & Diamond Source and Windstar Homes believed in the Hands Across the Bay teams vision for our community to have a Donation & Empowerment Center space. Gold & Diamond Source generously donated the building space and Windstar Homes donated the renovation creating a beautiful, magical place for our families to gather and shop free of charge for all their needs.
